Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Albert Aimers was elected Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer in 2006. Mr. Almers has more than 15 years experience in the financial service industry, specializing in Merchant and Investment Banking, Mergers and Acquisitions, Investor Awareness, Investor Relations, and Financial Media. Mr. Aimers was an early, primary merchant and Investment banker in Sonus Healthcare (AMEX), and a strategic investor for National Challenge Systems, which had and $80 million market capitalization. Mr. Aimers was also a former board member of Envoy Communications (Nasdaq: ECGI).

Javan Khazali

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Khazali was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Financial Media Group, Inc in January 2006. He had served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Director since November 2004. Mr. Khazali has more than 18 years of experience at the senior executive level in both the private and public sectors with focus on services, telecommunications and financial medias industry segments. He has broad experience in the areas of corporate restructuring and reorganization, business development, operations, and management consulting. Mr. Khazali joined Cypost Corporation as Vice President of Administration and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of the company in 2002, a position he held until 2003.

Mr. Ohri served as Director and Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Office of Elephant Talk Communications, Inc., a public company and a leading telecommunications services provider in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. From December 1999 to September 2002, Mr. Ohri served as Director and Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for The Hartcourt Companies, Inc.
